OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

All items are checked to be in good condition before they are mailed out. Hence all items sold are non-refundable.

• If the design, size or colour of the item delivered is not what was ordered, we will exchange the SAME item on the following conditions:

1. Exchange is done within 7days.
2. All returned items must be in their original condition (unwashed & undamaged).
3. Items in free sizes can not be exchanged on the basis of size.
   
4. Dependent on stock availability.

• Buyers have to bear all delivery costs incurred during the exchange.

• Sales and promotional items are non-exchangeable.
